Today we:
- did floor exercises for gymnastics in gym class
- visited our Grade 8 leadership class at David Thompson to meet our new buddies, we are going to be writing a cookbook together
- started working on our own original short stories, we did our planning today and some of us were able to start our first drafts
- did problem solving with division during Math
- read aloud two chapters for our class novel
- started working on compare and contrast non-fiction texts, learning how to identify them and what we can do to increase our comprehension when reading
